PERSONALIZATION

At HEXA, every product is carefully crafted, finished, and inspected before it leaves our workshop. We believe that each HEXA piece should arrive in the same condition and spirit in which it was created.

1. Orders & Payment

All HEXA products are carefully inspected before shipment. An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

We accept major credit and debit cards and other payment methods available at checkout.

2. Processing Time

Each HEXA product is carefully finished and prepared before shipment.

Orders are normally processed within 3–7 business days.

For personalized or bespoke orders, additional production time may be required. The estimated completion time will be confirmed with the customer before production begins.

3. Shipping

HEXA offers international shipping with tracking.

Free shipping is available to North America, Europe, Australia, and Vietnam on orders of 480$ or more.

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance, and local carrier conditions.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided by email.

4. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.

Unless otherwise stated, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns

We accept returns within 03 days of delivery for products that are unused, undamaged, and have not been personalized.

The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging, together with all included accessories.

Personalized, bespoke, or specially commissioned products are not eligible for return, unless the product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect.

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your HEXA product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs or video showing the issue.

After reviewing the case, HEXA may offer a replacement, repair, or full refund, depending on the circumstances.

7. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production or fulfillment begins.

Once a personalized, bespoke, or specially commissioned product has entered production, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Refund processing begins after the returned product has been received and inspected.

The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

9. Handcrafted Products & Natural Materials

HEXA products are carefully handcrafted and individually finished.

Natural leather may contain subtle variations in grain, texture, and color. These characteristics are part of the natural beauty of the material and are not considered defects.

Small variations may also occur as a result of the handcrafted nature of each piece. No two HEXA products are ever exactly alike.
